Many people have put in hundreds of hours, but the Primavera will not be a success without you putting in 4 hours. Most of the open positions will have experienced people around you, so no experience needed.
Needs, in order of priority are:
Ed Levin Rest stop Shift 1 (6:30 to 11:30).- 4 spots. - should be quiet after 10 if you need to leave earlier
Ed Levin Rest Stop Shift 2 (11:30 to 4:30) - 7 slots
Coarse Marshall Ed Levin (12 to 4) - 2 slots
SAG Drivers - 33 spots open. We can get by with less, need at least 16 though. No experience necessary. You just need a car (small is good, as long as it can fit one bike and a rider), a bike pump, and a cell phone. We will supply spare tubes. You wont be doing repairs; there are mechanics at each rest stop. Gas will be reimbursed up to $60.
Registration and setup (6:00 to 10:00) - 3 slots
Rio Lovell Winery Rest stop - 10 spots open. Can manage with less
There are other spots open as well, but the above are critical
If you will not be available on April 10, but still want to help, send me an email
You don't have to be a club member to volunteer
