Hello FFBC,

This Sunday’s ride starts in Castro Valley. This ride is a jump from last week, adding 10 miles and an additional 1000 ft.

We will ride through the East Bay hills, into Orinda, up and over the Three Bears, up and over Pig Farm Hill, and into Martinez for lunch. We return by way of Reliez Valley, Alamo, Danville, and San Ramon.

• Please be prepared with 2 bottles of water, 2 tubes, plenty of food, etc. (There will be sufficient restroom stops, however be advised that the lunch stop is at mile 40.)

Meet at 8:30 am for an 8:45 am start. This is a lengthy traverse of the East Bay Hills into Contra Costa County and back. Bring money for a lunch stop enroute.
